Religion is a touchy topic and the makers of Akshay Kumar’s next are taking the issue seriously. His portrayal of God in his production, OMG Oh My God! has already become the talk of the town. Now, the makers have decided to arrange a special screening of the film for prominent religious leaders at Spice Theatre in Noida today.

Among those attending are Syed Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, the dargah dewan of the Ajmer Shrine; Mahamantra Das, president of Delhi’s ISKCON temple; and HH Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, president and spiritual head of Parmarth Niketan ashram.

A source says, “The screening has been arranged for spiritual leaders and heads so that they know that the film is not anti-God or anti-religion. They want the guardians of the religions to watch and understand the message of the film, which targets the business of religion and not God.”

K Modi of Spice Group, one of the producers, confirms the news.
