Another accused Bhim Singh Ranga, former investigating officer of the case, has also sought bail, which would come up for hearing on Friday.
He was arrested on July 5 and the CBI is yet to file a chargesheet against him as well. He is accused of removing laptop of the accused.
A total of 103 children were residing in Apna Ghar shelter home, helmed by Jaswanti Devi and run by non-governmental organisation Bharat Vikas Sangh in Shri Nagar Colony, Rohtak.
The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) had conducted a surprise raid at the shelter home on May 9 after which it had come to light that the inmates were sexually and physically assaulted.
The case was handed over to the CBI, which registered the FIR on July 12.
So far, the CBI has filed chargesheets against Jaswanti Devi, her brother Jaswant Singh, daughter Simmi, son-in-law Jai Bhagwan, driver Satish, Satish's sister Sheila and shelter home counsellor Veena.
