Give Pakistan a chance!
Pakistani singer Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan says Bollywood actors should also come to Pakistan for movie promotions just as Pak artists come to India for work.
“The doors are open. Bollywood stars are not ready to take that risk right now and don’t come to Pakistan to promote their films even if we ask them to. It’s all due to security reasons. But we hope to get a chance,” says the 47-year-old. “It’s ironic that London was one of the most unsafe places on Earth due to the Irish tension there, but it has its share of Bollywood promotions ... I hope things get better in the times to come for Pakistan as well,” adds the singer, who has always been vocal about binding the two nations with music.
