Transport minister Raja Aridaman Singh, MLC Ram Sakal Gujjar, national general secretary Ramji Lal Suman and member of state public service commission Dr Sunil Jain accompanied the chief minister.
Transport minister asked the community to support the party in future while assuring full support from the Samajwadi Party.
Chief minister thanked the organisers for inviting him and congratulated the organisation for completing 125 years.
“We have been elected with a big majority and hence equally big is the responsibility on us to meet the expectations of the masses,” said the chief minister.
The chief minister also listed our promises that we made in the election manifestos and we have already made a good start,” said the CM while mentioning of distribution of Kanya Vidhya Dhan’ and unemployment allowance.
“We would take steps to promote education amongst girls and special incentives would be offered to girls from minority community passing Class 10,” said the chief minister.
He also talked of proposed express highway connecting Agra to Lucknow and hoped farmers would cooperate in the land acquisition for outer ring road project for Agra.
The chief minister also conveyed the greetings for forthcoming Dusshera and Diwali festivals.
Chief minister stayed here for about two hours in the city before returning to Safai.
