Eleven people were injured in the violence at Gurudwara Rakabganj on November 15.
Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal urged the prime minister to "ensure justice to the Sikh community" by directing the Delhi government to get the process of DSGMC elections completed by December 31.
He was addressing reporters at a function in Chandigarh.
SAD (Badal) Delhi president Manjeet Singh said the task force formed by the existing managing committee was used by the panel members in Punjabi Bagh area during the municipal elections in April this year and also at Balasaheb Hospital where violence had broken out several times.
"The same task force attacked me. The managing committee is it to settle personal scores with people. I have requested the LG to take immediate action," Singh said.
The delegation claimed the Lieutenant Governor assured them that necessary action in the matter would be taken and the culprits would be booked under the IPC and asked police commissioner Neeraj Kumar to inquire into the allegations.
The delegation also appealed to the Sikh Sangat to maintain peace during religious congregations.
