The Day One schedule includes 25 Jaago processions (heritage walks) together from Jaipalgarh to Gurdwara Haji Rattan, Inderjit Singh, member of the Malwa Heritage Foundation, event's organiser, has said. The women in the Jaago teams are actual homemakers from the different villages and wards of Bathinda district.
Light-and-sound play "Chandni Chowk to Sirhind', produced by Adakar Manch, Mohali, was the other attraction of the night. Day Two is for cultural processions from Gurdwara Haji Rattan to Jaipalgarh. Regional singers will entertain the audience in the evening and play "Toba Tek Singh" will be staged at Balwant Gargi Open-air Theatre in Rose Garden.
Day Three will be for rural games, besides music performances by sufi singers Sardar Ali and Mamta Joshi at SSD Girls College. The performances of Punjabi singers Sukhwinder Sukhi, Sarabjit Cheema, and comedy artiste Bhotu Shah will be on the last day.
