Making a passionate plea to youth to join the AAP, Kejriwal along with his colleagues Manish Sisodia, Gopal Rai, Sanjay Singh and Kumar Vishwas among others addressed his supporters near Rajghat on Sunday.
“I ask youth to come to Jantar Mantar tomorrow (Monday). They will be given the status of founder members of the party,” he said.
Claiming to have “set a series of guidelines for the party members”, he said, people joining the party should an oath—“neither would I take nor give bribe; I would always vote and I will never vote on the basis of cast, religion or money.”
After a battle for lokpal in 2011 and 2012 along with anti-graft crusader Anna Hazare, Kejriwal had quit the India Against Corruption campaign and announced to form a political party on October 2.
