The letter was found by some lawyers inside a toilet adjacent to the bar association room inside the Ghaziabad court on Tuesday.
"We handed over the letter to the police for investigation. More police personnel were deployed around the court complex. The letter mentioned Ajmal Kasab and it also had several sentences on creating hatred between communities. This seems to be the handiwork of some miscreants," bar association president Bhartendu Sharma told Hindustan Times.
Senior police officials visited the spot and tightened the security, which had already been tightened after a shootout on October 11 between members of two gangs.
An estimated 10,000 litigants, lawyers and other court staff visit the Ghaziabad court complex every day. Framed metal detectors were put up inside the court after the October 11 shooting and the parking was shifted out of the complex.
