Three minors were arrested in connection with the mysterious disappearance of a Class 9 student. The police believe the arrested boys have murdered the student and dumped his body in the Agra canal. “We have arrested three underage youth in connection with the mysterious disappearance of the boy,” Vijay Kumar, SHO, Old Faridabad, said, adding the arrested youth have confessed to the crime.

He said all the three were produced before the court which sent them to an observation home. The accused being minor, can not be named.
Suraj, a Class 9th student  and son of one Gyanchand of Old Faridabad, had gone missing under mysterious circumstances from his house on  November 16.
The police said that the three arrested teenagers were behind the kidnapping and subsequent murder. However,  as the cops have not recovered the body, mystery into the boy’s disappearance has deepened.

The police said the family members suspected that his two classmates kidnapped him. The police had detained the three youth including some classmates and questioned them on Wednesday and subsequently arrested all the three.
