Last week, when cricketer Shane Warne had come down to the city along with his fiancée, English actor Elizabeth Hurley, Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra invited the couple to their home for a lavish dinner party. And now, we hear, the international stars are set to return the favour.

A source tells us, "Shane and Liz were really happy with the treatment they received here. Shane's friendship with Raj and Shilpa began when he was a part of their Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Rajasthan Royals. Ever since, they've been friends and Liz is very fond of the two as well."

The source adds that the couple was so delighted with Shilpa and Raj's gesture that now, they too want to host a party for the couple in Australia. "Shane and Liz have invited them for a party at their home in Melbourne. They want to make it a special evening for Shilpa and Raj and are really looking forward to it," says the source.

The dinner party in Melbourne was supposed to happen around New Year's Eve, but it has been delayed now. The source says, "The party will now happen in January. We're not sure if Shilpa and Raj will take their son Viaan along."
