For once, Shah Rukh Khan is happy about not being applauded for his filmy poses.

The actor, who received a rare state honour, Wissame Al Kafaa al Fikria, (award of intellectual merit) in Morocco, Saturday, during the ongoing 12th Marrakech International Film Festival, said, “It’s nice to be appreciated for my intellect once in a while. Otherwise, people may believe it’s only about spreading my arms and not my creative thoughts, but seriously, this an amazing feeling of appreciation and love,” SRK said.

“Shah Rukh is a very big star there (in Morocco). People kept chanting his name. They don’t know any female actors from Bollywood,” said a source close to the actor. The award was given by Moroccan Prince Moulay Rachid at the royal dinner.
