Additional sessions judge Pradeep Kumar was killed after his car collided with a jeep here on Wednesday.
Kumar was on his way from Chandigarh to Hisar when his car collided with a Haryana government Bolero jeep which was on its way from Hisar to Chandigarh. The accident occurred between Kaithal and Narwana, near Hatho village in Jind district.

Child development project officer Sushila Rawal, project officer Sarita and driver Karam Chand, travelling in the jeep, were seriously injured and taken to a hospital in Hisar for treatment.

A condolence meeting was organised by District Bar Association in which sessions judge AK Jain and all judges and advocates of Hisar prayed for peace to the departed soul.

After Kumar's death work in all district courts was suspended.
