People can seek information about new connection from this call centre. Consumers can lodge their electricity-related complaints on central call centre’s tollfree number 18004203300. This arrangement has been made in all the 16 districts under the company’s jurisdiction that includes Bhopal, Vidisha, Raisen, Sehore, Hoshangabad, Harda, Rajgarh, Betul, Gwalior, Guna, Ashok Nagar, Datia, Shivpuri, Sheopur, Morena and Bhind districts. complaints or get information about less or more load on connection, meter-reading, snapping of power, meter defect, matters of snapping and reconnection of electricity connection, power theft, voltage fluctuations, streetlights, sparks in transformer, electricity accident and complaints regarding billing.
