Coming down heavily on the chartered buses, the transport department on Thursday challaned 103 and impounded 23 buses that had been operating without a permit.
Challans were issued to 201 buses as some bus owners were found violating many norms. The Delhi transport department will continue with this special drive in the coming few days.
