The two products are part of a major expansion plan by Organic India that is set to expand into new segments such as organic spices and food grains.
With these additions to its existing over-the-counter (OTC) organic herbal medicines, the company aims to double its sales turnover to Rs. 200 crore per annum over the course of the next three years.
“Our focus is to develop unique and truly organic products like energy drinks and the sex stimulant O’Joy, which will cure ED over a period of time,” said Organic India’s managing director and global CEO, Krishan Guptaa.
“O’Joy won’t act overnight and one needs to take it for a stipulated period for best results,” said Guptaa.
Apart from its five existing processing plants in Bangalore, Rajasthan and UP, the company is coming up with an integrated manufacturing plant at Bundelkhand in Uttar Pradesh by 2013 end, which will possess processing and manufacturing as well as packaging facilities.
The company is also planning to penetrate into Tier II as well as Tier III cities.
