She said the accused had threatened her of making the MMS public if she told anyone about the incident.
Police said the victim got to know that the suspects had circulated the MMS among other students from one of her friends on December 31.
She said owing to the public outcry to make strict laws against those involved in crime against women she mustered courage to inform the police on Thursday.
The SHO said both the minors had been rounded up after registering a case under the Information Technology Act against them.
