The "Choose, Change and Become" programme held from Friday to Sunday was aimed at making the young generation spiritually aware.
"Competition is getting greater. The youth is trying to make sense of all the rubbish around them. That's why they keep asking the right questions - why am I here? What am I here for? To answer these questions, one needs peace within himself," said sister Gopi, 38, who has been preaching spiritual lessons for years.
Apart from the youth from Gurgaon and nearby areas, many foreigners also participated in the programme. "We keep stressing about the future and our past. In this mess, we forget about the present. It's lovely to live in the 'now'," said Sandra Pfeil, 29, a participant from Germany.
According to the organisers, people aged between 16 and 35 come here to detoxify their mind.
"Today's youth are tomorrow's leaders. Through this programme, they will learn how to tackle life's situations in a better way and not get affected by worldly issues. They will have better control on themselves," said 35-year-old Ashish Patel, who came from London for the session.
