One person was killed and 19 others received serious injuries when a bus carrying pilgrims from Katra to Jammu rolled down in Bai-Nallah near Hotel Country Inn, 7 km ahead of Katra town.

According to police, the bus carrying pilgrims was on its way to Jammu from Katra. When it reached near Hotel Country Inn, the driver lost control over the vehicle and the bus rolled down in the gorge.

One pilgrim died on the spot and 19 others have been shifted to the Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu.
