Jerusalem Prize goes to Antonio Munoz Molina
The Jerusalem International Book Fair's 2013 prize has gone to Spanish author Antonio Muñoz Molina.
Molina, whose recent translated works include "Sepharad" and "In Her Absence," benefits from the JIBF's $10,000 award. Established in 1963, the bi-annual Jerusalem Prize has in the last ten years been awarded to Ian McEwan, Haruki Murakami, philosopher Leszek Kolakowski, Antonio Antunes (who won the €100,000 Camoes Prize two years later) and Arthur Miller.
