Pop diva Beyonce has topped the list of '100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century' compiled by GQ magazine. The 31-year-old has flaunted her curves on the cover of the upcoming February issue of GQ magazine.

Wearing a pair of red leopard-print underwear and a cropped T-shirt, Beyonce accessorises her appearance with some gold jewelry.

The songstress has a one-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, with husband Jay-Z.

There are reports suggesting she will be performing the national anthem at President Obama's inauguration ceremony on January 21.
