A Gurgaon court on Thursday asked the petitioners to move the sessions court regarding their complaint against Sumit Bhuttan, accused of murdering his wife Ruchi (28) in 2010, used a mobile phone and laptop at the Bhondsi jail.

The family of deceased Ruchi had filed a complaint in the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Manvika Banswal, on Wednesday.

The lawyer of Ruchi's family, Durgesh Bokan, said, "We will write to the DGP (prisons) and DGP regarding our complaint."

Sumit was allegedly having an affair with a model.
