"When everybody is enjoying Lohri with their families, we decided to celebrate it with the girls who have very few reasons to smile. This was a great moment for us," said Juneja.
Juneja, also a local councillor, said being in politics, he thought social causes were their prime concern.
"If spending a day with these children makes them happy, it is the best thing to do. Even on other occasions, there is need for more people to involve themselves in such acts."
While Juneja sponsored woollen clothes and jerseys for all girl of the house, his fellow partyman Harpreet Singh Rocky presented a cheque for Rs. 5,100 to the house.
