Dear student, the following is an important set of instructions for effectively writing your mathematics Board examination. You are advised to read these instructions twice to draw maximum benefit out of them.
One thing that remains unchanged in any exam is that the student should have in-depth knowledge of all topics. That is the key to success. While revising, you should prepare small notes related to important concepts and all important formulae. When you do questions, your focus should always be on getting your concepts clear and understanding the sums of all types in that topic. Along with content, you should also keep track of the time. Try to score one mark in 1.5 minutes.

Make yourself aware of the weight of each unit, and number of one-mark, four-mark, six-mark questions that would come in that unit. Also, the type of questions that would fit into each category. While writing the exam, start the question paper from section III. Then attempt section II.

I was regular with my studies and revised every topic as soon as it was covered in the class. I practised questions in the NCERT textbook thoroughly and referred to other books to ace tough questions. A month before the exam, I practised sample papers and previous years’ questions to improve speed.
