It came to light that accused Paramjit had allegedly called up Tilak to bring the truck from Baddi.
Jyoti was inflicted injuries inside Chaudhary's car and when she became unconscious she was thrown on the road to be run over by the truck, as per Chaudhary's statement. The accused wanted to pass off the murder as an accident.
