The forthcoming edition of singing reality show American Idol will premiere exclusively on BIG CBS LOVE every Friday concurrently with the US.

The show will see new judges Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban and Randy Jackson, as they embark on a journey in search of their next idol.

While Minaj claims to be the "toughest judge on the panel", Carey confesses that she's on the show because it is "bigger than life".
