Though there's no official yet, tournament director Suru Nayar confirmed the development. "The ICC has given the go-ahead. We are working with them closely on the logistics and reworking the fixtures," Nayak said.
The Group B matches, consisting Pakistan, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand will be held at two venues, Barabati Stadium and DRIEMS Cricket Ground.
It will be interesting to see where the knock-out matches will be played involving Pakistan. When asked, Nayak was non-commital and said the ICC will take the call.
