The makers are currently awaiting the approval of the pilot episode by the channel, after which they will begin shooting. They plan to create a bank of material before they go on air around July.
The yet-untitled 26-episode show will be shot at various locations across the country. “The variety of locations will be the USP of the show. It’s a big deal to be able to accommodate this on a TV show budget. The first episode has been shot in Kerala and was directed by Rohan, who has been very involved in the project. He might direct the entire series, depending on his schedule,” says the source. The one-hour show will air on weekends.
