Six persons, including a woman, were arrested on Tuesday on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl at Gohana of Sonepat district.
The accused have been identified as Pinni, Montu, Bhondu, Hanuman, Naveen and Sangeeta. A member of the victim's family said the victim was an orphan and was invited by Sangeeta to her house on January 18.

He said when the victim reached Sangeeta's house, the accused allegedly took turns to rape her and she fell unconscious.

The complainant alleged that Sangeeta only dropped the victim back home with the help of other accused.

The victim's statement was recorded before deputy superintendent of police Usha. A case of rape was registered against five men and woman was booked for criminal conspiracy.
