The wait is over for Apple fans in India! According to a report by BGR India, the iPhone 5 will be available in India on October 26. Apple has been launching iPhone 5 in phases across the world and has also said that the phone will be available in more than 100 countries with 240 carriers
by December 2012.

Apple's latest smartphone has broken the record for iPhone with 5 million sales in 72 hours despite glitches and much-criticised Apple Maps.

The phone hit the stores on 21st September and Australians were the first to get their hands on the device.

Meanwhile rumours gain momentum that the iPad Mini is set to launch in mid-October when Apple also unveils its latest version of iTunes.
