Top iPad apps: Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor HD

The application Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor HD, in which users play as a spider on a quest to discover what befell the previous occupants of Bryce Manor, topped the free iPad apps in the US, Canada and Germany this week.
