Dinner and a show: Actor Kit Harington and American TV host Seth Meyers shot a comedy sketch for Meyers’ late night talk show. In it, Harington reprised his role as a completely-out-of-place Jon Snow, in an urban environment and he discusses the tragedies of the show, making his dinner companions uncomfortable.
The musical: An initiative by UK based charity Comic Relief, the cast of Game of Thrones partnered with the British rock band Coldplay to compose a GoT musical. Chris Martin even wrote songs for the same. The video raised 21 million dollars for the charity fund.

Doordarshan-style analysis: Produced by Pun Seekh Kabab, a digital media house, it is a break-down of the first season six trailer released by HBO. Conducted in an old-school format, titled Doordarshan-style, two tv news anchors discuss the trailer in Hindi in a bland tone, often used in the news broadcasts popular in the 80s.
Global warming PSA: The global organisation released a GoT-inspired video titled Winter is Not Coming. It opens with the narrator elaborating on the dangers of the White Walkers and in a comic ending, the White drowns to his death in a lake that would have been frozen had it not been for global warming.
A game for a greater cause: Before the season 6 premiere, the cast of Game of Thrones came together to play a guessing game: guess if names such as Hearteater, Oathkeeper, Savage Garden and Crimson Death were swords from the Westeros universe, or an 80s metal band. The proceedes from the games went to a charity organisation that works towards bringing economic stability and safety to war torn Middle-eastern areas.
