Capturing the moment
Nitin Pasricha belongs to a family of photographers. But it was only recently that he picked up the camera during an excursion to the Himalayas and it led him to discover his passion for photography. Pasricha’s love for nature and music are clearly evident in his photography. “With my lens, I’ve tried to capture places and moments for others,” says Pasricha. The exhibition is on till July 8 at Bagels Cafe, D-140, The Shopping Mall, Arjun Marg, DLF Phase 1 Gurgaon.
Relate is artist Rajat Bandopadhyay’s first solo art exhibition in the Capital. Water colour remains his forte and he likes to capture nature, landscapes and environment at its best through his work. “To me, Relate means to connect to something or someone,” says Bandopadhyay. Since childhood, he has been attracted to the medium of water colour. Through his work, he has always tried to convey the beauty and intelligence of all his subjects. The artist hopes that his creations will make the viewer look at them with the same awe and fascination that he feels when he sees nature in person. Bandopadhyay’s exhibition is on from August 1 to 30 at Triveni Kala Sangam, Tansen Marg.
