Social activist Anna Hazare and his campaign against corruption has inspired a director to make a documentary film, which is likely to be released next month.

Ankit Narayan has made Jai Bharat, a 26-minute film that focuses on the Jan Lokpal bill. Through the documentary, he intends to Anna Hazarespread the cause taken up by Hazare.

“I was so inspired by this movement that I thought of making a film and educating people about it. We are not making the most of Anna Hazare’s popularity, we are trying to pass the information...educate people about the movement, about corruption,” he says.

The film will also have two songs sung by Mohammed Salamat, who has sung for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and features Arvind Kejriwal, Virendra Saxena and has actual footage of Anna Hazare and Kiran Bedi.
