This year’s edition of Ullas, the annual cultural fest at Kamala Nehru College, was an all-in-one package. The two-day festival saw competitive events along with fun-filled activities.

The first day of the fest saw events such as Adagio, Nupur and Glitz — the fashion parade. The newly introduced Battle of the Bands, saw Rahul Ram of Indian Ocean along with others as the judge.

Day two of the fest brought along some of the most sought-after events — Rhythm n Blues and Ol’ That Jazz, which saw participation from students in huge numbers. Other events at the fest included Srijan (Hindi creative writing contest), Inquizzitive (quiz), Abhivyakti (Hindi debate) and Liminonoso (Fine Arts).

The fest concluded on a rocking note with Punjabi group Bombay Rockers at the Celebrity Night. They belted out some of their popular numbers such as Ari Ari and Rock the Party, among others.

The crowd, especially girls, went crazy a soon as the the duo took stage.
