The Janki Devi Memorial College had their 51st college festival Symphony recently, and it saw a great participation from the students. The three-day gala event had students from 15 colleges participating in carious events.
“I’m delighted with the way the fest has been. My students came out with unique ideas, especially in events like Munadi (street play) and ‘create from waste’,” said Principal, Indu Anand.
Events like the western music competition, Let’s Dance and Paint the Wall saw maximum participation. “The fest was well attended by everyone including other colleges,” said Priyanka Sangwan, president of the student’s union. “The fest was rocking,” said Suhani, who enjoyed “painting other faces in the ‘Paint Face’ competition”. Rock band Bandish brought the curtains down to the show.
