The highpoint of the evening was the play starring actors Farooque Sheikh and Sonali Bendre. The emcee for the show, actress Mandira Bedi, was her usual lovely self. Al Noor’s founder and wife of Vice President of India, Salma Ansari graced the occasion. Also present were actresses Sushma and Divya Seth, Bangladesh high commi-ssioner Tariq A. Karim.
