Interested in watching Indian and international artistes perform dances from across Indian cultures? The international dance festival, Unbound beats of India, will be held at the Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, reports HT Correspondent.

Interested in watching Indian and international artistes perform dances from across Indian cultures? The international dance festival, Unbound beats of India, will be held at the Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre.

The festival promises a gamut of dance performances by amateurs and professionals. You can watch an Iranian dancer perform kathakali, a Mauritian dancer perform a kathak duet as well as artistes from Bhubaneswar perform an Odissi duet, among others. The festival, according to its promoter, Padmashree Ranjana Gauhar, Odissi exponent and a documentary filmmaker, is organised with the intention to provide a national platform to encourage young dancers to promote their artistic creativity.

On April 12 and 13, 2010 at 7 pm at Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road.
