Used-truck market looking up
ANI | August 10 , 2007
Unlike used cars, which have authorised markets all across the nation, the sale of used trucks in India used to take place through the gray market. Here the prices varied from place to place, and so did the quality, leaving the customers at the mercy of either the owners or the market mediators. But with transport vehicle majors like Ashok Leyland, India's second-largest truck maker, getting into the act, the customers can be sure of quality and service at reasonable prices.
