After the huge success of his directorial debut Taare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan has begun shooting for the Hindi remake of Tamil hit Ghajini. The Hindi remake called Kajri is being directed by A R Murugadoss. Kajri has south Indian actress Asin playing the lead opposite Aamir. Asin was also the heroine of Ghajini. Reportedly, the movie also stars Nishabd fame Jiah Khan.

A New Delhi court sent cricketer Ajit Chandila, accused of spot fixing in the Indian Premier League , to police custody for three days today. The Delhi Police told court that Chandila was required to corroborate evidence collected from other accused in the Indian Premier League scam. The court directed the police to produce Chandila on June 20. The court also postponed hearing on bail application of other five accused to June 22.
