<P>Minister of States for PMO V Narayanasamy on Friday said that the CBI should be given the free hand to investigate and nobody should interfere in its investigation process. Nominally, the CBI is independent apart from the administrative control of the Department of Personnel and Training, which falls under the prime ministers office.
