<P>In a bizarre sight, two jawans of the Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) exchanged rounds of lathis with each other at a place where Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav was addressing a meeting. The two jawans, head constable Mukul Chandra Yadav and constable Sunil Dikshit were caught on camera chasing each other on a sidewalk and even on the road and clashing.
