<P>In a bizarre sight, two jawans of the Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) exchanged rounds of lathis with each other at a place where Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav was addressing a meeting. The two jawans, head constable Mukul Chandra Yadav and constable Sunil Dikshit were caught on camera chasing each other on a sidewalk and even on the road and clashing. <P>Delhi Lokayukta Manmohan Sarin on Wednesday indicted Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for misuse of public funds in government advertisements, for political purposes in an election year. The Lokayukta has further recommended the President to advise Dikshit to reimburse 11 crores as half the cost incurred by her government for putting out the advertisements.
