Shutdown called by Maoists disrupts life in Jharkhand

Travellers and local businessmen faced hardships due to the 48-hour shutdown in Ranchi on Sunday. Work and normal life too came to a standstill. The shutdown called by extremist group Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) is a consequence of the killing of 10 its cadres by a rival Maoist group on March 28.
