Asserting that there is an overwhelming feeling of pessimism in India, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today said that the biggest challenge is to use human resources to its full potential. Lauding good governance in Gujarat, Modi urged the youth to make proper use of opportunity. Addressing a packed auditorium of students, at Delhi University's prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Modi said that India is not a poor country; it is rich in natural resources but the resources are not fully exploted. Praising the development model of his state, Modi said that the state developed on three pillars, agricultural, industry and service sector. Modi also recalled the contributions of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Sadar Vallabhai Patel to the Indian freedom struggle.
