10:00 am to 10:15 am: Wakes up with a phone call from his girlfriend in Delhi.
10:15 am to 10:50 am: Has breakfast, usually just a cup of coffee.
10:50 am to 11:00 am: Sets off for work, a 10-minute walk away. He prefers to walk to taking the auto or bus as he loves playing with street dogs on the way.
11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Gets into work and opens his flooded mailbox, responds to clients around the world.
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm: Presides over a daily team meeting, sets the agenda for the day, discusses what each department is doing. The meeting generally moves into lunch.
1:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Starts communicating with clients in South-East Asia.
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm: South-East Asia shuts and Europe opens (it’s about 11 am in the UK and Germany).
7:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Attends end-ofday team meeting to wrap up and set schedule for the next day.
9:00 pm to 11:00 pm: Has dinner with colleagues at a joint nearby.
11:15 pm: Returns to the office.
11:15 pm to 2:30 am: Communicates with clients in the US.
2:30 am: Locks up and leaves. Walks home.
3:00 am: Lights out, eyes shut tight. a day in his life
