Even before James Bond could have his hands on it (or even we could know who the next Agent 007 will be), Aston Martin drove in India its latest flagship model, the DB11.
The British luxury carmaker revealed the latest variant in the legendary DB series in Chennai, priced at Rs 4.27 crore.
Unveiled at the 86th International Geneva Motor Show earlier this year, the Aston Martin DB11is powered by a 5.2 litre twin-turbocharged V-12 engine. The company claims it to be a lighter, stronger and most powerful machine in Aston Martin’s history.
“It is the most significant new Aston Martin since the introduction of DB9 in 2003”, it said.
After several roadshows across India, Aston Martin unveiled the latest model during a function in Chennai. The first deliveries of the DB11 car are scheduled to begin during the fourth quarter of 2016”, it said.
With tonnes of options to customise for look and feel, the British carmaker offers choices of exterior paint, upholstery fabric, interior material, features and accessories.One can also choose from three different designs of the 20-inch, 10-spoke alloy wheels.
“DB11 is the absolute embodiment of what an Aston Martin should be and we have worked tirelessly to ensure DB11 combines both exceptional design with latest technology throughout”, Aston Martin CEO, Andy Palmer said.
