Fiat Group Automobiles India has announced a free car check-up camp for its customers at its exclusive dealerships for 2 days -- January 24-25. As a part of the initiative, the carmaker's dealership executives will contact existing customers through text messages and emails to inform them about the camps.

The 2-day camp will be set up at all exlusive workshops in 74 cities in India. The carmaker will conduct an extensive 49-point check-up for its customers with free top wash, 10 percent discount on labour, 10 percent discount on car parts for mechanical repairs and a 10 percent discount on accessories and merchandise.

Speaking about the countrywide check-up camp, Nagesh Basavanhalli, president and MD, Fiat Chrysler India Operations, said, "We are rapidly taking strides to reach out to incumbent and prospective customers. The after sales check-up camps are an effective way to connect with our existing customer base and portray our commitment towards them. Through the check-up camps, we will replicate the company's global standards in after sales service in India. This initiative is a part of ‘Fiat Century Drive’ which marks the significance of a milestone achievement of 100 dealerships in just one year."
