Hyundai rebrands global used cars business as H-Promise

Korean carmaker Hyundai has consolidated its global used cars business under one brand name – H-Promise. Previously known as Hyundai Advantage, the programme will now provide a one-stop solution to used cars customers.

B S Seo, MD and CEO, Hyundai India, said, "With a strong customer base and a robust network established in the market, we are delighted to bring our used car business under the globally acclaimed H-Promise. H-Promise will be a unified brand that will offer our commitment for customer-oriented service and strive for customer satisfaction."
The new programme will also enable customers to look for upgradation to a bigger car at lower monthly payments. Hyundai's new used car website offers an online platform for buying, selling and exchanging used cars.
In terms of numbers, Hyundai is India's second largest carmaker and has 335 dealerships across 225 locations across India.
