If the Porsches and the Ducatis send your pulse racing, you would not like to miss the annual Autocar Performance Show (APS).
While the annual event, now in its eighth edition, is tiny compared to the biennial “big daddy” New Delhi AutoExpo, the show is getting bigger every year.
APS 2012 is being held at Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, with 65 stalls showcasing a healthy mix of luxury, sports, and the high-performance cars including the entire Porsche India family, Hyundai Veloster, Lamborghini Aventador and the Ferrari 451, and is on till Sunday.
Not to be left behind are the two-wheelers, with BMW and Yamaha leading the participants.
“Mumbai deserves a show like this as consumers here are passionate and well-informed, though organising this is a logistics nightmare with all the permissions required,” said Hormazd Sorabjee, editor-in-chief, Autocar India.
