The Doctor’ came calling, and Delhi responded! It was a near stampede situation at the Yamaha pavillion as thousands fought to catch a glimpse of nine-time World Moto GP champion Valentino Rossi.

While that was the ultimate new year bonus for bikers in the Capital, the Chevrolet gallery too witnessed massive euphoria as Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan made an appearance.

The Indian Hockey contingent came to the Hero Honda gallery.

As the weekend saw a tsunami of people at Pragati Maidan, those pavillions without any star presence weren’t empty either. Skoda had to stop all entries and the passage in front of Audi had no space for even a baby’s foot. Some were left injured, while a few even insulted — some people couldn’t be happy enough gaping, they groped too. And who knows that better than we Delhiites?
